Every shared hosting
and reseller hosting account ordered from PremiumReseller comes
with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. In the event that Customer wishes
to cancel Services within the first 30 days, PremiumReseller will
refund fees paid to Customer after deducting credit card transaction
fee. Domain name registration fees, setup fees, add-on service fees, vps and dedicated server fees,
are non-refundable. Refund is not eligible for returning Customer
and Customer signing up special offer.
Customer may cancel an account with PremiumReseller when:
- Account is in good standing, all payments have been made.
- Account does not host content which is not allowed on our network or servers.
- Account has no pending warnings / complaints.
If Customer
violates our Terms of Service,
PremiumReseller reserves the right to terminate Services and Products
without notice. PremiumReseller may advise Customer of inappropriate
behavior and any necessary corrective action, however based on the
nature of the violation, could result in immediate termination of
service without any refunds.
Refunds are to be requested by either submitting a ticket to Billing
Department or sending an email to billing@premiumreseller.com.
You must provide details of your original transaction including
invoice/receipt number and account number wherever possible to aid
in processing the refund. Reasons for the refund will also be requested
to allow us to better improve our service and monitor refund requests.
For Services and Products with payment made by credit or debit card,
any refund will only be issued to the same credit or debit card.
Credit card transaction 5% is deducted from the refund.
In all circumtances, refunds will be given at the discretion of
the Company Management.
